What I love most about my job as an early childhood educator is the joy of learning; both for the children and for myself. Even after 20 years in this field, I have never felt that teaching wasnʼt meant for me. Each day brings something new and meaningful.
I truly enjoy being a learner alongside my students. Children are naturally curious, creative, and full of wonder, and I learn so much just by listening to them and observing how they see the world. Teaching internationally has also given me the opportunity to experience different cultures through the children and families I work with, which has deeply enriched my perspective.
There is never a dull moment in teaching. Being surrounded by children fills my heart with happiness and purpose. I see teaching as a powerful gift, the ability to inspire, guide, and help shape young minds during their most important years of development. I feel incredibly grateful to be part of such a dynamic and nurturing environment where I continue to grow, learn, and make a meaningful difference every day.

Yes, children can keep up with lessons even if they do not initially understand English. During the early childhood years (ages 0‒7), the brain is highly adaptable, and children learn best through meaningful experiences and interactions. They naturally absorb what they hear, see, and do in their environment. At this stage, language learning does not rely on translation or prior knowledge; instead, it develops through exposure, repetition, and context.
At FES, our teachers are trained early childhood professionals who support language development in developmentally appropriate ways. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where children grow holistically—physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally.
Through carefully planned, play-based, age-appropriate activities, children are immersed in English in a natural and engaging way. Visual cues, gestures, songs, routines, and hands-on experiences support comprehension, allowing children to participate actively even without full understanding at first.
